Blue Trek mountain bike near Balboa Park

I found a blue Trek mountain bike this afternoon around 2:45pm, locked to a bike rack outside the San Diego Central Library on Park Blvd. It’s a mid-size frame, blue with a white scratch along the down tube, and a red water bottle cage attached to the frame. There’s a small black helmet hanging from the handlebars and a faded sticker that reads 'SDMB'. The seat has a light tear on the left edge, and the bike computer mount is still clamped to the handlebar.
