Tan Coach tote with blue tassel

I lost my tan Coach tote yesterday around 3pm near the Cactus Hotel on Beauregard Ave in downtown San Angelo. It's a medium-sized pebbled leather tote with a detachable brown strap and gold hardware, and there are a few scuffs on the bottom corner. Inside, there's my wallet, a lavender scarf tucked in the inner pocket, and a blue tassel keychain clipped to the zipper. This bag has sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandmother—and I'm really hoping to get it back; if anyone found it, please reach out.
