Navy blue gown with sequin bodice, size M

I lost my navy blue formal gown yesterday around 3pm near The Market at River Walk on the Concho River in San Angelo, Texas, at the intersection of Chadbourne Street and Beauregard. It's a floor-length Adrianna Papell dress with a sequined bodice and a flowing chiffon skirt, size M, with a detachable silver belt and a tiny rhinestone pin at the neckline. The lining near the zipper has a small tear from a chair snag, but the outside looks pristine. It was a gift from my late grandmother and means a lot to me; I really need it back for the charity gala this weekend.
