Blue insulin pen in gray case with red heart sticker

I lost my blue insulin pen in a gray zippered case with a bright red heart sticker yesterday around 3pm near the Cactus Hotel on Beauregard Street in downtown San Angelo. The case is about the size of a small wallet and has a few faint scratches, with the pen showing a tiny dent near the cap. Inside, I kept a glucose meter and a handful of test strips. This pen is time-sensitive, and it has sentimental value - it's the one I started using after my dad passed away. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate meeting up near the downtown library or the Cactus Hotel to return it.
