Gray paperback travel guide found near City Creek Center

I found a gray paperback travel guide this afternoon around 4:15 pm outside the City Creek Center, near the Nordstrom entrance on Main Street in Salt Lake City. It's a standard trade paperback, about an inch thick, with a creased spine and a light coffee splash on the back cover. Inside, there's a yellow sticky note with a name written in blue ink—'M. Chen'—and a dog-eared page marker at a section on national parks. The cover shows Lonely Planet Utah & Nevada (2019 edition) with a small folded map tucked in the back pocket.
