Red neon dog harness with bone tag

I lost my red nylon dog harness yesterday around 6:15pm. It's a medium harness with a black quick-release buckle and a neon-green bone-shaped tag engraved 'MILO' hanging from the D-ring. I last saw it near the Crest Theatre on K Street in downtown Sacramento, while I was walking Milo. This harness was a gift from my sister and I really need to get Milo back into it—if you found it, drop me a note here and we can arrange a pickup near Midtown.
