Lost folder with iPad and sensitive documents

I lost my boyfriend’s folder it was white and it had an iPad along with his social security, birth certificate, 2 pinks slips, and other paperwork. I lost it on 19th street near T going toward midtown. I left it on my car so I’m not sure exactly where I lost it. We have ID on have to verify him. Please if you found contact me at (916) 710-2845.
