Brown leather wallet with teal stitching found

I found a brown pebble-grain leather wallet this afternoon around 3:20 pm in the parking lot behind the Golden 1 Center on K Street, downtown Sacramento. It's a compact bi-fold with a small gold Coach tag and teal stitching along the edge, plus a blue dog-shaped zipper pull. Inside there's a driver's license, a few cards, and a photo of a friendly-looking dog, plus a faint coffee stain on the back and a tiny scratch on the bottom-right corner. I know how stressful it is to lose something like this, so I’d love to help get it back to its owner.
