Blue reflective dog collar with name tag

I lost my blue reflective dog collar yesterday around 3pm near Capitol Mall, Midtown Sacramento. It's a medium-width nylon collar with a small silver bone-shaped name tag reading 'Milo' and a tiny lime-green paw-print charm. The buckle is a standard quick-release and the reflective strip is still bright, though the strap is a bit worn from daily use.
