Sterling silver Luna Lane necklace with heart pendant

I lost my sterling silver Luna Lane necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Coronado Theatre on State Street in Rockford. It's an 18-inch chain with a small heart pendant, a bit tarnished from wear, and the heart has the initials 'PR' engraved on the back. There's also a tiny star charm near the clasp, which helps identify it. This necklace was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me, so I’d really appreciate if someone found it.
