Lost gold pendant necklace with a small heart-shaped charm in Rockford.

Description

I lost a beautiful gold pendant necklace while walking my dog in Rockford last weekend. It has a small heart-shaped pendant and the chain is quite fine, so it's possible it slipped off without me noticing. I would really love to get it back as it was a gift from my grandmother.
