Black iPhone 12 with cracked screen, found

I found a black iPhone 12 this afternoon around 3:45pm in the parking lot behind Market Street Café on East State Street, Rockford. It's in a red OtterBox case with a blue star sticker on the back and a screen protector peeling at the bottom. The screen responds when I tap it, and the phone seems unlocked, but I didn't dig through anything personal.
