White Anker 65W USB-C charger with blue braided cable

I found a white Anker 65W USB-C charger with a blue braided cable this afternoon around 2:15pm near the corner of East Avenue and Gibbs Street, by the Urban Arts Co-op in Rochester. It's in good condition, the cable is sturdy and the plug housing has a tiny scratch, and there's a small dent on the charger body. There's a green panda sticker on the cable guard and a faded tag near the base that reads 'DPR'—these details might help the owner identify it. It seems useful and I'd really like to see it go back to its owner; it was probably dropped during a study session nearby.
