Silver Seiko 5 watch with leather strap

I lost my silver Seiko 5 watch with a black leather strap yesterday around 3pm near the Rochester Public Market along Union Street. It’s a 38mm stainless steel case, white dial with luminous hands, and there’s a small scratch on the bezel at 2 o’clock plus initials 'AP' engraved on the back. The watch has sentimental value—my dad gave it to me, and I’m really hoping to get it back. If you found it, I’d be grateful to meet up near the Market or Union Street to reclaim it and confirm the scratch and initials.
