I found a DeWalt 20V cordless drill in a yellow and black hard case this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Rochester Public Library on South Avenue. The case is a bit scuffed with a small crack along the bottom edge and the latches still snap shut nicely. Inside is the drill with a worn rubber grip, plus a 31-piece bit set tucked in the organizer. One standout identifying feature is blue Sharpie initials 'PP' on the battery, and there's a red sticker labeled 'DWF9' on the side of the case.
