Blue glucose meter with white case and test strips

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my blue glucose meter with a white silicone case was missing. It was last seen near the Walgreens on University Avenue in Rochester, after I grabbed a quick coffee. The meter is small and rectangular, with a cracked display, and the blue case has a tiny green leaf sticker on the back. Inside the case are a few test strips and the last reading I took. This device is essential for my diabetes management, and I’d really appreciate it being returned.
