Lost insulin pen in a small black case labeled with the owner's name at Rochester Farmer's Market.

I misplaced my insulin pen at the Rochester Farmer's Market last Saturday. It's contained in a small black case with my name labeled on it. I'm worried because I really need it for my health management. If anyone finds it, please contact me. Thank you!
