Blue insulin pen with orange cap and gray case

I lost my blue insulin pen set this afternoon around 3pm near the CVS on Park Avenue in Rochester. It’s a NovoPen Mini with a bright orange cap and a light gray outer cap, tucked in a teal zip pouch with a small white label inside. There’s a tiny heart sticker on the pouch with my initials 'A.P.' The kit also includes a couple of spare cartridges—very important for my daily routine. I really need it back; it helps me manage my diabetes and missing it would throw off my whole schedule.
