Black North Face backpack with red interior

I lost my black North Face Borealis backpack yesterday around 3pm near the Eastman Theatre on Gibbs Street in Rochester after a quick coffee run. It’s a Borealis-style bag with a bright red interior you can see when you unzip the main compartment. The outside has a light scuff on the bottom and a frayed gray strap, plus a small blue enamel phoenix pin on the left shoulder strap and an orange zipper pull on the front pocket—that combo is pretty distinctive. Inside I’ve got a 13-inch laptop, a worn sketchbook from a college project, and a photo of my grandmother that means a lot to me. It would really mean the world to have it back; it holds sentimental value and I really need the charger and notes for class tomorrow.
