LOST Avians near Roanoke City Market

I am posting this as LOST: Avians. I was at Roanoke City Market around 3:30 p.m. today when two bright green parrots slipped from their carrier and flew toward the hills behind the Market. The first is a green parrot with a yellow beak, and the second a small blue and gray finch with a black ring around its eye. I have walked along Market Street and toward Mill Mountain Spur, asking vendors and walkers to keep an eye out, but they have not turned up yet.

Lost travel visas near Market Square, Roanoke

This morning at 8:30 a.m. I was hurrying to catch the 8:45 bus on Market Street when my travel visas slipped out of a blue folder in my backpack. Lost remote controls in Roanoke.

Last night at 7:15 PM, I realized my remote controls were missing from the living room of my Roanoke apartment near the Grandin Theatre. I’d just finished a movie and tucked the cushions back, so I must have left them on the coffee table and wandered off.
