Silver bracelet with heart charm

I lost my silver bracelet yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Cary Street in Carytown, Richmond. It's a delicate sterling-silver chain, about 7 inches, with a small heart charm and a tiny ruby bead, and the clasp has the initial 'A' engraved. The bracelet is slightly tarnished from wear but otherwise in good condition. It was a gift from my grandmother and has huge sentimental value, so I’m really hoping to get it back. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to arrange a meetup near Carytown to pick it up.
