Black Kate Spade tote with pink scarf

Hey, I lost my Kate Spade nylon tote in Richmond yesterday around 3pm. It's a medium black tote with tan leather trim and a silver top zipper; the interior is bright blue, and I always keep a pink scarf tucked in the front pocket. Inside there’s a small yellow post-it with my initials 'PP' and a well-worn notebook—the bag has sentimental value because it was a gift from my mom. I really need it back; if anyone found it near Cary Street in the Carytown area, please DM me here—I’d be grateful to get it back.
