Missing teen: 15-year-old boy in blue hoodie

I lost my younger brother, 15, yesterday around 3pm. I last saw him near the Starbucks on West Cary Street in the Fan District of Richmond as I was walking to my car. He was wearing a royal blue hoodie with a small white star on the left sleeve, gray joggers, and white sneakers with a blue stripe. He also wears a delicate gold locket on a thin chain that belonged to our grandmother; that item is sentimental and we'd really like to get it back. He has a slight limp from a soccer injury and a small scar above his left eyebrow. Text me if you've seen him; we're worried and just want him home safe.
