Found Anker PowerCore 10000mAh charger near The Oracle

I found a compact Anker PowerCore 10000mAh portable charger this afternoon around 3:15pm outside The Oracle on Broad Street in Reading. It's a black matte plastic unit with a slightly scuffed corner and a blue silicone sleeve that slides on and off easily. There's a small panda sticker on the top and a faded marker note on the side that says 'For gym bag'. The device looks barely used, with a touch of pocket lint and no cable attached. If someone recognizes these details, I'd love to help get it back to its owner.
