Worn black wallet with ID cards

I lost my ID cards yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in Rapid City's west side. It's a worn black leather bi-fold wallet with red stitching and a small coffee ring stain on the back. Inside are my SD driver's license, my student ID, and a library card—these are essential for work and class access, and I really need them back. If someone picked it up, I’d be grateful to get it back; the wallet also has a tiny dent on the back corner and one of the cards has a faint scratch near the photo.
