Gold ring with emerald accent, sentimental value

I lost my gold ring yesterday around 3pm near the WSU Bookstore on College Ave in Pullman. It's a slim 14k yellow gold band, about 4 mm wide, with a tiny bezel-set emerald off-center. The outer edge has a barely noticeable scratch, and the inside bears a delicate crescent moon engraving along with the initials PR. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me; I’m really hoping to get it back.
