Black leather briefcase found near Riverwalk

I found a black leather Samsonite briefcase this afternoon around 3:15 pm near the Riverwalk plaza by the Arkansas River in Pueblo. It’s a medium-sized case with a worn matte finish and a small dent on the bottom-right corner. Inside there’s a red notebook, a USB drive, and a faded business card that says 'Alex Nguyen' with a Denver address on the back.
