Blue plush dragon toy with star pattern

Hi, I lost my daughter's blue plush dragon yesterday around 3pm near the Provo Library on Center Street. It's about 12 inches long, soft blue fabric with a bright yellow belly and tiny white stars on the wings. There’s a small red embroidered star on its left paw and a tiny dent on the tail from a tumble. It also has a fabric tag with my kid’s name, 'Liam', scribbled in marker inside the belly. It was a gift from grandma and my kiddo is really upset—it was the comfort toy during bedtime. If you found it, drop me a line at [email protected], I'd be grateful to get it back.
