I lost my blue glucose meter kit yesterday around 3pm near the Walmart on University Parkway in Orem. It's a small blue plastic case about the size of a pocket notebook, with a red zipper and a tiny scratch on the corner. Inside is the glucose meter, a box of test strips, and a sticky note with my phone number. The case has a white label on the back with my first name, 'Priya,' written in black marker. This kit is essential for managing my condition, and I’d really appreciate getting it back.
