Queen duvet cover set with blue piping

Hey, I realized yesterday around 3pm that my queen duvet cover set is missing. It's white cotton sateen with a slender light-blue piping along the edges and a tiny monogram 'AP' stitched in the top-left corner. The set includes the duvet cover and two standard pillow shams, all in good shape except for a small snag along the bottom hem from a rough laundry day. It was a gift from my grandmother and really means a lot to me, so I’d love to get it back. I think I last had it near Courthouse Square on West Gurley Street, by the Hassayampa Inn, during a quick stroll. If anyone found it, I’d be grateful to be reunited with it.
