Lost golden retriever mix near Courthouse Square

I lost my dog yesterday around 3pm near the Prescott Public Library on Sheldon Street, and I’m really worried. He’s a golden retriever mix, about 60 pounds, with a bright orange harness and a blue reflective collar. There’s a small bone-shaped tag that says 'Bear' and my phone number on the back, plus a tiny white scar on his left ear. He’s friendly but skittish in crowds, and my daughter would be heartbroken if he doesn’t come home; this dog is a big part of our family.
