Lost cream tabby cat with blue collar

I lost my cream tabby cat named Niko yesterday around 3pm near the Prescott Courthouse Square. He's a medium-sized cat, about 9 pounds, with cream and orange tabby markings, a white chest, and a blue collar with a tiny silver bell. He has a distinctive white sock on his left front paw and a small scar above his right eyebrow. He often wanders around Montezuma Street and near the Prescott Public Library, so he could be lingering near Whiskey Row. This cat is a family member with sentimental value, and I’m really worried to get him back.
