Blue reflective dog harness with neon trim

I lost my blue reflective dog harness yesterday around 3pm near the Prescott Courthouse Square on Gurley Street. It's a medium-sized Ruffwear-style harness with neon lime stitching, a small black paw-print patch on the chest strap, and a round metal ring for a tag. There's a bone-shaped tag hanging from the ring engraved with the name 'Rex.' It was a gift from my sister, and it means a lot to me to get it back.
