Lost holiday decorations in Potsdam, New York

On Saturday at 7:30 PM I noticed our holiday decorations were missing from the porch of my sister's house on Main Street in Potsdam. The garland with pine needles, a snowy wreath, and a string of red lights had been up only an hour earlier on the railing by Clarkson University's edge.
