Portland city employee ID on blue lanyard

I lost my Portland city employee ID badge yesterday around 3pm near Pioneer Courthouse Square, at SW 5th Ave and Main St. The badge is a white plastic card about the size of a credit card, with my photo on the left and a blue banner reading 'City of Portland' with the seal. It is attached to a blue retractable lanyard with a small silver clip. There is a tiny coffee stain on the bottom-right corner and a faint scratch across the photo border. It is essential for work access, and I would really appreciate getting it back; please drop it at the City Hall front desk if you find it.
