Neon orange Nike swim trunks, size M, sea turtle embroidery

I found a pair of neon orange Nike swim trunks, size M, this afternoon around 2:15 PM in the parking lot behind the Pioneer Place mall on SW 5th Ave in downtown Portland. They have a white drawstring, a small sea turtle embroidery on the right back pocket, and a faint chlorine stain along the left leg from a recent river dip. They look fairly new and are still a bit damp, tucked under a parked bike rack when I spotted them.
