Missing person: 16-year-old girl, Amina Patel

I'm looking for my sister, Amina Patel, who is 16 and went missing this afternoon in Portland. She's about 5 ft 4 in, with dark brown skin and tight curls, and was wearing a red hoodie, black leggings, and white sneakers, carrying a small gray backpack. I last saw her near Powell's City of Books on West Burnside around 3:15 pm, heading toward the Pearl District. She has a silver necklace with a star charm and a small crescent birthmark on her inner right forearm. We're really worried and just want her back safe; if you spot her, please contact me right away.
