Lost silver ring with a tiny blue gemstone near Portland Waterfront Park.

I lost a silver ring with a tiny blue gemstone while walking in the park near the Portland Waterfront. I was taking some pictures by the river and realized it was missing shortly after. It's one of my favorite pieces of jewelry, and I'd really love to get it back.
