Lost brown leather passport holder left on a table at a cafe near the waterfront in Portland.

I was visiting Portland and had my brown leather passport holder with me at a cafe near the waterfront. I placed it on the table while I stepped outside for a quick phone call, and when I returned, it was gone. It contains my passport and some important travel documents, and I really hope someone has found it.
