The bag holds a tennis racket, a soccer ball, and a pair of running shoes—nothing flashy, but all I’ve got for practice this season. The whole thing is a black duffel with a blue zipper, and I can’t shake the worry that someone might have picked it up. I’m hoping someone turned it in at a Portland landmark near the square, and that the items are still intact.

Blue Penguin Classics Pride and Prejudice - missing

Inside, there’s a narrow red ribbon bookmark that sticks out a bit, and on the flyleaf I wrote my name: Priya Kapoor. This copy has a slightly faded gold spine and a tiny pencil doodle of a bookworm on page 1—hard to miss if you’ve held it before. It’s one of my favorite reads and it feels sentimental, so I’d be incredibly grateful to get it back if someone found it.
