Omron BP monitor with blue cuff

I lost my Omron digital blood pressure monitor yesterday around 3pm near the CVS on Main Street in Stroudsburg. It's a white unit with a blue fabric cuff; the cuff has a small tear near the Velcro and the screen shows a tiny scratch from a shelf bump. This health & medical item means a lot to me because it helps me manage my blood pressure when I'm on the road in the Poconos, and it was a gift from my grandmother, which makes it especially sentimental.
