Lost small black pouch containing diabetic supplies including insulin pens, glucose tablets, and syringes near a lookout point in Plattsburgh-Adirondacks.

I lost a small black pouch with my diabetic supplies while hiking in the Plattsburgh-Adirondacks area last weekend. It contains my insulin pens, a few glucose tablets, and some syringes. I was taking a break at a lookout point and I believe I left it there or it might have fallen out of my backpack. I really need it back as my medication is crucial for my health.
