Found black leather handbag near Market Square, Pittsburgh

Found a black Michael Kors handbag this afternoon around 4:15pm outside Market Square, near the fountain along Market Street in Downtown Pittsburgh. It's a medium-sized bag with a pebbled leather finish, a gold MK logo on the front, and a sturdy brown strap. I spotted a blue silk scarf poking out of the top zipper and a small photo tucked inside the front pocket.
