Blue 22-inch Samsonite carry-on found

I found a blue 22-inch Samsonite hard-shell carry-on outside Market Square in Downtown Pittsburgh this afternoon around 3:15pm. It's a bit scuffed on the bottom edge and shows a few scratches, but the wheels roll smoothly and the zippers work. There's a red TSA lock still attached and a black luggage tag with the initials 'R.S.' on the handle, plus a gray lining with a coffee stain near the pocket. Inside I found a couple of outfits and a folded itinerary, nothing obviously valuable. I know how stressful travel can be, and I'd really like to get it back to its owner—please message me if it looks familiar.
