Red binder with 1991 Topps baseball cards

I found a red 3-ring binder stuffed with a complete 1991 Topps Baseball Card set this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Capitol entrance on Capitol Ave in Pierre, Central SD. The binder is standard size with a glossy red cover; inside are plastic sleeves holding dozens of baseball cards, mostly in good to near‑mint condition, with a few corners worn from age. A small white sticker on the spine reads Midwest Card Club, 1991, a tiny but perfect identifying feature.
