Gold-tone bracelet with heart charm

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my gold-tone bracelet with a tiny heart charm was missing. I was near the Capitol Building on Capitol Ave, walking toward the Missouri Riverfront in Pierre, and I must have dropped it somewhere along the sidewalk outside the cafe by the statue. It's a slim 7-inch chain bracelet, with a delicate heart charm and a small engraving on the back that reads 'Forever'. The bracelet was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me—it has sentimental value, and I really need it back. If someone found it, please reach out.
