Found a small greenish-black lizard about 6 inches long sunbathing in a backyard.

Description

I found a small greenish-black lizard sunbathing in my backyard in Phoenix. It looks to be quite healthy and is about 6 inches long. I have no idea how it got here, but I think someone might be missing it. If you recognize this lizard, please reach out to me!
