Bright teal swim trunks with neon lime drawstring

I found a pair of bright teal swim trunks this afternoon around 3:40pm on the grass by Boathouse Row along the Schuylkill River Trail, just behind the Philadelphia Museum of Art. They're men's swim shorts, brand Speedo, size M, with a neon lime drawstring and white side piping. The fabric is in good shape, a light chlorine scent, no tears and the elastic is intact. A small embroidered dolphin on the left leg and a plain inner tag marked 'Mason' are the only identifying details. If they belong to someone, I’d be happy to reunite you; we can meet near the Art Museum area or drop them at a Center City rec center.
