Blue umbrella with wooden handle found near City Hall

I found a blue umbrella with a wooden handle this afternoon around 3:30pm on the sidewalk outside City Hall, near the 15th Street entrance and the LOVE statue. It’s a compact, wind-resistant design with navy fabric and a slightly bent metal tip. Inside, there’s a small tag that reads 'Aurora' and a tiny sticker with the initials AK stuck to the inner rim. The fabric shows a few light scratches from a recent rain, but the mechanism still opens and closes smoothly.
