Missing teen in blue hoodie

I lost my sister, Leila Haddad, yesterday around 3pm in Peoria. She's 16, about 5'2", with shoulder-length black hair and almond-shaped eyes; she was wearing a blue hoodie with a white star print, dark jeans, and bright orange sneakers. She has a small crescent tattoo on her right wrist and wears a silver chain bracelet. Last seen near Riverfront Park by the Peoria Riverwalk, heading toward Main Street near the Public Library. I'm really worried—this is out of character and she usually checks in, so this feels urgent. If anyone spotted her or knows where she is, please contact me right away so I can bring her home safely.
